Competitive Teams

Trillium Gymnastics is pleased to offer 3 different WAG competitive steams of Gymnastics. Optional (Level 6-9), Compulsory (Level 1-5) and Xcel (Bronze, Silver and Gold)

We also offer Pre-Competitive gymnastics for ages 5-9 which filter into our competitive teams.

These teams are by selection only and require assessment. 

Trillium Gymnastics offers a variety of Co-ed recreational programming including: 

Babynastics 6 months - 18 months
An opportunity for children who are learning to crawl up until beginner walkers to be able to practice their movements in a safe and stimulating environment.

Tiny Bouncers 18 months - 3 years old. 
A weekly class for children who are solidly walking to 3 years of age who will be attending with a parent/caregiver. This is a child led, open play based program with Trillium's certified coaches available to assist parents/caregivers.              

Tumblebug Preschool Program - a transition class for children who are 3 years old and ready for a structured class led by a coach and without a parent/caregiver in the gym. 

Hippity Hoppers Kinder Gym 4-5 years old. They will be introduced to a variety of body movements including climbing, jumping and swinging to encourage coordination while having fun.

Recreational Gymnastics ages 6-13.
Children are grouped by age and will continue to progress through our level system at their own pace. Focusing on the principles of gymnastics such balance, flexibility, strength, endurance and power. 

Grad Gym 14+ a drop in program for retired athletes to continue practicing their skills in a fun environment while keeping fit.

We offer Advanced Recreational classes for ages 5-7 in our Mini Stars Programs and our Rising Stars Program. for ages 8-12 These programs are by invitation and require an assessment.
