About Us

Our History

Trillium Gymnastics Club has been a proud part of the Kingston community for more than 40 years. Incorporated in 1984 as a not‑for‑profit organization, the Club first operated under the YMCA before growing into the region’s leading provider of recreational and competitive gymnastics.
As the premier Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program in the Greater Kingston Area, Trillium has supported thousands of athletes on their gymnastics journey—from first‑time recreational participants to Provincial‑level competitors. Over the decades, our athletes have achieved remarkable success, including Ontario Provincial and Eastern Canadian individual and team titles.

Our Facility & Programs

Since 2015, Trillium Gymnastics Club has operated out of its modern 12,000+ square foot facility at 1‑631 Fortune Crescent. The space includes a fully equipped Women’s Artistic Gymnastics gym, change rooms, washrooms, and a comfortable viewing area for families.

Our programs support athletes at every stage of their development, including:

  • Kindernastics for early movers
  • Recreational gymnastics for preschool and school‑age children
  • Competitive WAG programming for advanced athletes
  • Specialty programs, including school trips and group visits
  • Seasonal day camps, including summer and PA Day camps

Our Coaches

Our programming is led by a dedicated team of highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced coaches who share a passion for athlete development. Trillium is also a training ground for the next generation of coaches, where many former athletes return to earn their certifications and continue their involvement in the sport they love.

Our Commitment to Safe Sport

Gymnastics builds strength, confidence, coordination, and physical literacy—skills that support lifelong health and activity. At Trillium Gymnastics Club, we are committed to ensuring that every athlete can experience these benefits in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
We follow all provincial, national, and club‑based health and safety policies and are a Member in Good Standing with Gymnastics Ontario. As part of our commitment to athlete well‑being, we actively support Safe Sport initiatives and the Responsible Coaching Movement.
